Must Try Mee Sua! Not Ay Chung! 🙅‍♀️

I believe that when it comes to Mee Sua in Taiwan, we would think of 阿宗麵線 (I am going to refer it as AC). But… it’s time to skip that and try something that the locals usually go to!

I know that most of their customers are tourists, but I still wanted to try while I was at Ximending. Yes, I was right, it’s disappointing. 🤣 They only have one topping, which is the pig intestine. I find that it’s too chewy and overall, it’s very mediocre. Shihlin’s Mee Sua (in Singapore) is nicer imo.

So…. I would recommend trying out this place called 陳記! I always have their Mee Sua when I was in Taiwan for the past 3-4 times?? It never disappoints!! The oysters are very fresh and the intestines have no weird taste too! The best part is.. they are very generous with their toppings! (Not like AC 😒) As I went during the summer this time round, the oysters were bigger too!

Please try this place out!!!!!! You can choose just the intestines or oysters or both! (I prefer the oysters 🫣)
