He is Risen!

As I reflect on “Easter” or as I call it, Resurrection Day, it’s hard to comprehend a perfect human, sinless, the son of God, died for me! Me?! There’s nothing special about me but He chose me!

I struggle with the idea of love, feeling loved due to past trauma and abuse but knowing whom I belong to, knowing who loves me unconditionally, knowing who gave His life for me, that’s love. A love that no other can give or provide other than Jesus!

I’m broken, we all are in some way and God gave His only Son, He gave Himself, for me so I could be saved. It’s by His works, what He did on that cross, that gave me life.
