Every morning, when I'm not running late for work, I try to dedicate at least 10 minutes to my skincare routine. One of my favorite beauty rituals is using a rose quartz roller to massage my face. I always keep it in the fridge for an enhanced massage effect and to reduce morning puffiness 💕
Here are the steps I follow:
-Step one: Cleanse my face.
-Step two: Apply my favorite facial oil or serum.
-Step three: Clean and disinfect the roller.
My morning facial massage takes no more than five minutes. I start by massaging my neck: four strokes from the bottom to the top on each side (12 times altogether).
Next, I move to my jawline: eight strokes from the chin to the earlobes (on each side)💛
Then, I massage my cheeks: eight strokes along each cheekbone.
If I have more time, I also massage my forehead and the under-eye area.
Jade rollers are believed to boost blood circulation, reduce swelling, and can help products penetrate deeper into the skin. Basically, they're supposed to be a quick, easy cure for daily skincare struggles like dark under-eye circles and puffiness 🧊
