Dr. Jart sheet masks 🎭

A sheet mask is the easiest way to make your skin look fresh and shiny.

What can enhance the effect of a sheet mask:

* Place the mask in the refrigerator

* Thoroughly cleanse your skin before applying the mask

* Use a roller massage on top of the mask to help the serum absorb better into the skin

* Use leftover essence from the mask on the neck and décolletage area

* Avoid letting the mask dry out, as it will take away all the moisture from your face.

My favorite sheet masks for years have been Dr. Jart masks. I have been using them long before I moved to the United States.

My choice:

1. Cryo Rubber Soothing Mask ($15)

*support skin's natural healing process and protect from environmental irritants, while tiger grass addresses visible redness and irritation

- After washing your face, apply the ampoule (step one) onto skin.

- Open the mask, remove the film, and apply to face ( step 2)

- Leave mask on for 30-40 minutes

- Remove mask and lightly pat skin to help remaining serum absorb into skin.

2. Ceramidin Skin barrier moisturizing mask ($9)

*A moisturizing sheet mask that nourishes dry skin. relieves tightness, and supports the skin’s barrier.

Highlighted Ingredients:

- Ceramide NP: Supports the skin barrier.

- Panthenol: Moisturizes and nourishes skin’s barrier to prevent water loss.

- Glycerin: Moisturizes skin.

I use it when my skin is super dehydrated, especially after the long fight 💧
