Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer - 5/5 ⭐️

This book changed the way I perceived the world. I love learning about nature and peoples relationships with nature. This was a love letter to nature, seriously. I love the authors writing style. It’s so rich a passionate. I’ll carry this book with me wherever I go.

If We Were Villains by M.L. Rio - 5/5 ⭐️

Listen, I will love this book forever. It opened a whole new world of storytelling for me. I love everything about this book. It caught me by SO much surprise and by that I mean, it made me cry buckets and I was not expecting it. Give me a story about any pretentious students and I will devour it!

Beartown by Fredrik Backman - 5/5 ⭐️

This is my is my favorite book of all time. This story holds my most favorite character to ever be created. I will read and re read and re read this over and over and over again!! Backman has such a skill for writing such realistic human characters. They feel like they can just walk right off the page. It’s such a beautiful and human story. Beartown is my home.

The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller - 5/5 ⭐️

Another book I will fight to the death for. It deserves all the hype I’m sorry! The writing is so beautiful. The story is devastating and perfect. I love everything about this book. Every page. I will also never recover from the emotional trauma I received from this book.
