What I Do As a Fulfillment Expert @ Target

This is everything I did as a fulfillment expert working at Target!

1. I start my day off by picking batches. These are guest orders from online or orders that will be picked up instore. I will do this for the majority of my shift before I am reassigned to do something else.

2. Once I am done picking batches, I will start prepping the orders. This means I am bagging all items that can spill, fragile wrapping items such as ceramic mugs, glass, etc. and bagging clothes. This is tedious but so important for proper shipment.

3. My favorite part of the day!! I pack orders. So satisfying and time flies when I'm packing orders. I will usually do this for the last few hours of my shift.
