😍My partner and I decided to explore the heart of Canggu, and let me tell you, Santanera did not disappoint! We've been hopping around a bunch of places—shoutout to Merah Putih, Skool Kitchen, and Penny Lane—but Santanera? Ugh, they totally nailed it.

: While Santanera was pretty awesome overall, there was one little hiccup. We were expecting some warm, toasty sourdough to kick things off, but…the bread was just kinda meh. Honestly, it tasted like something you could easily grab from Baker & Cook in SG🤷‍♀️

Not a dealbreaker, but definitely a bit of a letdown when you’ve got high hopes!

Cooked to absolute perfection. The chocolate mole? Chef's kiss. It complements the squid like a dream🤌
