In 2022 I lost like 50lbs in about 4 months, I wasn’t actively trying to lose 50lbs it kinda just happened but here’s some key things that contributed to that

1st: I was working out / going to the gym about 3 to 4x a week for about an hour maybe and hour and a half

My workout consisted mainly of Lauren Giraldos 12 3 30 tread mill routine and some light weights on the machines and about 100 sit ups in variation

2nd: I always tried to start my day with coffee and not food, this was because, personally if I eat in the morning I’ll tend to be hungry the whole day.

3rd: because I started my day with coffee and wasn’t hungry all day I wasn’t eating life 5x a day , I was eating intuitively which just means that I ate when I was hungry and wasn’t restrictive at all about what I ate. Which resulted in eating way less than if I was forcing to have myself 3 square meals a day.
