A book that healed my soul

The Midnight Library has been on my to-read list for a while now. Finally managed to pick up the e-book version and finished it last night. The story navigates the many different lives of Nora Seed that she could take on. The concept of multiverses has been popular in recent times, but this book also got me reflecting on my own regrets of other lives I didn’t pursue, and how my root life is also not as bad as it seems. I’ve been down in the dumps for awhile now, and this book helped me re-look at some of my own perspectives.

Bottom line is, staying alive brings about the potential of whatever you want to do in your life. Our mind tends to make things look worse than they really are.
