PWS Gown Selection at Bridefully Yours

➡️ Signed up for a HeyStranger Classic PWS package at $1999, which comes with 1 gown and accessories + faux bouquet from BY, 1 fresh hair and makeup from DearMuse and 3 hours of photoshoot in 1-2 locations with 80-120 color-edited softcopy photos and keepsake box with 15 prints. We also topped up $150 to upgrade to principal MUA Coco, and another $40 for MUA transportation to our location. Total cost: $2189

It was the first time I went for any sort of gown-fitting so I didn't really know what to expect. Since my gown selection was part of the package, I was only limited to one session and I had to choose something by the end of the 1 hour session even though there wasn't smthg I really loved 🥲

We both felt that mermaid cut looks better on me, unfortunately I only managed to try on a few. And there was just smthg I didn't like about each of the gown. Ended up selecting the mermaid gown with the least things I disliked, although I still didn't love it 100%. Would have preferred if it's more white and less champagne-colored!

Went back ard 1 week before our PWS for a final fitting and to select my accessories and bouquet. They did the measurements and alterations on the spot, so we had to wait a bit for it to be done. Gown pickup was 1 day before my PWS and the staff would let you check the gown and loaned accessories, teach you how to pack the gown in the bag. Returned the gown 1 day after my PWS, and waited 10mins or so for them to check the gown before everything is cleared.

‼️Lesson learnt: Try to go for gown fittings elsewhere first so at least you know what you like/suit before your actual package gown fitting appt (esp if you're only limited to one fitting session).
