Gym beginner tips

Here are some simple tips that I learned over time and I wish I would have known from the beginning. I think that form is the most important tip from this list. I have injured myself in the past due to trying to go heavy when I didn’t have proper form. I now don’t care to lift as heavy as possible and have seen better results with lighter weight + better form!
