lowkey got scammed doing my permanent bracelet

Over the weekends i went to SOAMI to get a charm for my current permanent bracelet. I asked them online for the prices but idk why they were so secretive abt the $20 wielding fees? :’

Originally i asked the sales girl if i could just get the charm and just attach it by a jump ring so no weilding and all. I asked her how much it was again irl but she didnt say anyth she said that she’ld check and just asked me to sit down and let me choose it. After i chose it she began to attach it w a jump ring (no wielding yet) and then when i thought it was done, she started wielding it :’) she didnt even say anyth abt the $20 wielding fee after she had checked.

💰 Price: the charm was $48 & wielding was $20.

I feel like they could have been more upfront with their fees of $20 bc paying $68 honestly i feel like i would have gotten another bracelet LOL all i wanted was a cheap charm bc my current bracelet felt empty. I asked so many times but okay it was my fault should have CONFIRMED with the sales girl another time if there were any other fees before she started doing it.

Also you can clearly see where she wielded the jump ring on… for my permanent bracelet which i did elsewhere you can’t even see where it was wielded on. i realised this after i left the shop but idk i think if i get it redone its jst for the aesthetics & i was alr too ??? w the $20 to care

lowkey felt like a scam bc no one would tell me abt the $20 even asking online & irl

i mean it’s really just $20 and i dont mind it that much but i feel like it would have been better to just let me know.
