NO GST HALAL CAFÉ: The Brunch Club 🥑🍳

If you’re on the hunt for a brunch spot that marries flavor with inclusivity, look no further than Brunch Club by The Halal Corner. Their halal menu is a refreshing take on classic brunch fare, offering dishes that are both inventive and satisfying 🔥🤩

I tried their Avocado Eggs Benedict, which featured perfectly poached eggs atop creamy avocado, set on a bed of crispy sourdough 🤤🥑 The addition of dukkah provided a delightful crunch and an extra layer of flavor that complemented the richness of the eggs and avocado beautifully. This was definitely one of the BEST sourdoughs I’ve ever had !! 😰😰

The Crispy Chicken Burger was another standout 🌟🌟 Served on a buttery Danish bun, it featured a golden-fried chicken thigh with heirloom tomato slices, a sunny-side-up egg, and a rich cheddar cheese sauce. The Sriracha added a welcome kick, making this burger a savory indulgence 🥵 The dish came w a side of fries and it was MASSIVE 🫨🫨

Lastly, the truffle fries 🍟, though incredibly flavorful with their truffle oil and Grana Padano cheese, were a bit on the salty side. While they were crispy and aromatic, the saltiness might be overpowering for some BUT it was easily washed down w some beverages 😋😋
