i swear by these toddler cold essentials!

colds are an unavoidable part of being a toddler parent. whether they get it from daycare, school, or older siblings: they’re going to have a cold at some point. my toddler has a cold right now and these are the two things we swear by while he’s sick

hyland’s naturals tiny cold tablets:

these are my favorite because i can use them for my toddler AND my baby. they’re for 6mo and up and they are tiny little tablets that dissolve on their tongue. i was really nervous the first time i gave them to my baby because i wasn’t sure how fast they dissolved / if it would be a choking hazard but they dissolve FAST. there is no way she could have possibly choked on them. they’re homeopathic and the main ingredients are Eupatorium Perfoliatum, Euphrasia Officinalis, and Gelsemium Sempervirens (flowers/herbs!). I’m not sure how they taste but my toddler and baby both have never seemed to mind taking them, so i would assume it tastes good!

mary ruth’s toddler vitamin c drops:

this one is for ages 1-3, however they do have a baby version for 6-12 month olds! one dose is 30 drops and you can either have the drops by themselves or put them in a drink/smoothie! my son likes them by themselves and says they taste great!

they are dairy, gluten, soy, and nut free, vegan, organic, non-gmo, and have no sugar! this brand is one of my faves!
