Who doesn't love a good stir fry? My sweet and spicy stir fry is one of my favorite meals to make!
Ingredients:
• mixed veggies (I use frozen vegetables and steam them in the microwave)
• chicken
• rice
• sesame seed oil
• soy sauce
• brown sugar
• honey
• minced garlic
• spices/ seasoning
- red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, cayenne pepper, paprika, lemon pepper (add as much as your heart desires)
For the sauce:
• Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and a little bit of sesame oil and honey to a sauce pan. Mix thoroughly and add in minced garlic and seasonings. Heat on low.
Cook the chicken:
• Cut chicken into bite sized cubes
• Add into frying pan with sesame oil, soy sauce, and minced garlic
• Cook until inside of bites are white
Add in veggies
Pour sauce over chicken and veggie mixture
Cook rice
Enjoy!
