Is it worth it??

I was very lucky to get to go to Hell’s Kitchen for my birthday in July. Here are my thoughts!

Being a long time fan of the show I was SO excited. Seeing all the cool decor and seeing the chefs was so awesome

Once we were sat I was able to order a virgin drink as I am not of age. My drink came with a “note” from Gordon. (Slide 2)

I’ve always wanted to try the lobster risotto and it was AMAZING. (Slide 3) It’s not a huge dish and the price of 25 dollars seems absurd but it was honestly delicious and I think everyone should try it.

I ordered the beef Wellington because DUH!! (Slide 4) It was the only dish that came with a side. The steak itself was good but I wasn’t s fan of the wrapping. I usually like mushrooms but I was just not a fan. I ended Ik taking it out of the wrapping to eat just the steak. My dad ordered a typical steak and it was so good!! I will say that my mom doesn’t like red steak and it doesn’t seem to me that the cooks are used to cooking a steak up to medium well. The steak tasted good but the outside was burnt which shouldn’t be happening at this level. But like I said, Gordon would have been on their ass if they presented something cooked so well done so I don’t think it’s very easy for them. It still tasted good so we didn’t bother to complain.

As it was my birthday I got a free dessert! (Slide 5) It was SO good. Very rich and the texture was perfect.

I will say that the dress attire varied. I dressed up (Slide 6) but not everyone did and that’s okay! If you want to go but dressing up to the level I did isn’t comfortable don’t worry! My mom just wore a nice shirt and leggings!

I would 100% recommend going for the experience but I strongly feel that for me it was a one time thing.
