A FISHING VILLAGE near JB?!🎇🎤😍

HAVE YOU HEARD OF KUKUP BEFORE???

Known as a small fishing village, it has a tight knit community with many wooden houses and tiny shops. It’s around a 2hr drive from SG 🇸🇬 and I would say that it was SOOOO relaxing!

As a city girl, this was a rare opportunity to experience a little of kampong life ! We stayed in an airbnb which provided our bfast, lunch, snack, dinner and even supper 🥘 we were really well taken care of ! For $180/pax! My airbnb had a karaoke room, pool table, table tennis table, mahjong table with like 10 over rooms. It fit around 45 people! 🎤🥳

For the activities, we walked around the village and passed by a neighbourhood shop run by an elderly couple. The shop was SO affordable like they sold children’s xylophones for around $1.60SGD and the bubble blow toy for $0.30SGD? What I enjoyed most was the wholesome conversations ! 🌻🌻 We also played with fireworks 💥 🔥 which was honestly scary but it was so breathtaking … defo once in a lifetime experience !!!!

Omggg and the best experience was seeing this golden dog 🐶 WHO LED US THE WAY BACK TO OUR AIRBNB… it was so adorable… so sociable like it kept sniffing around houses to see if it had our scents. It was a good 10-15min and this dog (xiao huang) walked us back !!! literally why I would go back again 😭😍
