Driving anxiety

So ever since April of 2023 when I had my first car accident and fractured my t-12 I’ve been terrified of being in the car. At first it wasn’t bad I was still driving myself but now it’s anytime I ride with someone else. Fiancé has a Camaro and loves to go fast and my heart rate gets up to this almost every time. Same with my mil if we get too close to the back of a car I’m sitting there slamming on my emergency brake and feeling like my heart is skipping beats.
