🌴 Beef carpaccio, egg yolk emulsion, tiger’s milk, tobiko and parmesan

super amazing!! i recently started eating raw beef and it’s tastes abit prosciutto but the sourness from the egg yolk emulsion and the sweetness from the onion was a rly yummy combo!! A MUST ORDER!!

🌴 Bone marrow, veal jus, yellow frisée, sourdough

super fatty bone marrow that melts in your mouth ~ paired perfectly with the sourdough bread! This was shared among 4 so we each had one bread each - felt abit gelat after it so thankfully we were sharing 🥲

🌴 Burrata, chimichurri, seasonal fruit compote, grapes (v)

cant go wrong with Burrata! Super yummy toppings esp with the grapes which added a nice sweet touch to the dish 🤤

🌴 Sakura pork chop 320g, whisky raisin jus (w)

very tender and juicy but nothing super special, tastes like any other pork chop

🌴 Bbq whole squid, passionfruit dressing and chives

:( this was a disappointment… ordered this as we were still hungry (the plates were very small) the passion fruit and the squid didn’t go that well together, won’t order this if I go back

🌴Uruguay Angus striploin 300g, chimichurri, icelandic sea salt

they gave us the tendon part so it was super hard to cut through but other than that the beef was perfectly cooked and went super well with the sauce 🤤 xav loves his steak with salt and it is 100% jodie approved 🤤 TRULY BRINGS OUT THE FLAVOUR

verdict: will definitely go back again! Super small restaurant so do make a booking if you’re heading there 😙 Lumo rly was as good as I imagined, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
