#1 a healthy body that I can run, swim, sleep, sit, play, jump, and do all the fun life things in. I wake up every day and am grateful that I am alive and that I GET to do all the things that I love in a body that I love and will be with me for the rest of my life.

#2 relationships, both friends and family, that have my back when I need them, a support system that I can laugh and cry with and that I know love me dearly

#3 a career that I love and that helps me stay active and connect with other human beings to help them reach their goals and change their lives completely

#4 a desire to learn and the time and accessibility to read books that make me smile, laugh, cry, think, and see the world through a new perspective

#5 my apartment which gives me a roof over my head each night, has my warm cozy bed where a sleep, simple amenities that I take for granted like AC, heat, a dishwasher, laundry, lights, and a fridge full of food.
