Start waking up earlier: Wellness girlies wake up between 5-6am. Set your alarm for before sunrise and actually get up. This means going to bed earlier too!
Create a routine: A workout routine, or morning routine, or nighttime routine, or all the above. Wellness girls thrive off of their routines. Write it down on your phone or on paper and stick to it.
Eat mostly whole foods: not food from Whole Foods the place, but veggies, carbs, proteins. Minimally processed foods. Become a chef and find staple healthy recipes.
Hot Girl Walk it up: Hot girl walks are still, and will always be a wellness staple. Walking is the best form of exercise and you get some fresh air and sunlight!
Limit screen time: be more mindful in the present moment
