My 5:30am morning routine✨

5:30am - surise alarm wakes me up peacefully ahhhhh

5:45am - bright lights and action! bright lights helps to wake me up. then all the bathroom stuff, not interesting. oh but definitly make my bed!

5:50am - water, water, water!

5:55am - get dressed for the gym!

6:00am - blueberry toaster waffle with natural maple syrup

6:05am - journal brain dumpy

6:10am leave for the gym

7:15-45 - come back home and shower

8:00am - make juice

8:20am - overnight oats and coffee

8:45am - get to work!
