I know you're scrolling, right now, so let's be mindful for a second.

Take a breath. Remember what you clicked on this app to do initally?

Was it for a purpose? Or was it just to pass 5 minutes waiting in line or for the next thing.

Or are you trying to de-stress? Is scrolling helping?

Be aware when your finger goes to click on an app for no reason. And try your best to not get swept up in scrolling when you do click on the app for a reason.

We shouldn't waste our lives staring at these screens.
