barry’s workout class

I went to my first Barry’s workout class and let me just say it was not what I expected 🥹 I’ve never been to a workout class before but I would say this was a great first experience! The staff was so nice and welcoming! I love how you could listen to your body and do the exercises at your own pace while the teacher still pushes you to go harder. The cherry on top was how you could order smoothies before class and they’ll have it ready for you when you’re done! 😋 Overall, I really enjoyed it and I was sooooo sore the next day 😭
