CRAZY TENDER & FRAGRANT SOLID 9/10 BEEF NOODLES 🤤

Hey foodies! 🍴 Just had an incredible meal at Niu Dian Beef Noodles in Singapore 🇸🇬 and I'm still reeling from the experience. Here's the lowdown:

🥩 Meat: Hands down, the softest beef, most flavourful tendon and tripe I've ever had. I'm usually not a fan of tendon (too chewy and tasteless for my liking), but this was a game-changer. Melt-in-your-mouth soft and packed with flavour.

🍲 Soup: Absolutely delicious. Rich, hearty, and full of depth. It's the kind of soup that warms your soul.

🌶️ Chilli: This was something special. It had a unique kick that I've never experienced anywhere else. A must-try!

⏰ Opening Hours: 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Closed on Wednesdays)

💰 Price: At $19, it's a bit on the pricey side. I think $15 would have been more reasonable. But for the quality and taste, I'd say it's worth the occasional splurge.
