How I cook canned Salmon 🍣 🥘

Omg man I just made the best canned salmon 🤧 I had found a Caribbean recipe on Google, so I went over to YouTube for more variations. I used one can of salmon, drained and deboned it, squeezed half a lemons juice over it and let it sit while I cut my bell peppers, onions, garlic, cabbage, & tomatoes. Then I took one whole fresh sweet corn on the cob and cut the corn off the cob. Sautéed the veggies adding the garlic and cabbage after the onions and bell peppers began to soften. I then added the Salmon to the pan (don’t transfer any juice from the bowl) and squeezed more lemon juice over it in the pan. I went on to season with Paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, Tony Chachere’s and some ‘lemon & herb’ Old Bay and a pinch or two of thyme. Chile, the way the flavors compliment each other so well 😮‍💨
