This is so important to me. I struggle with anxiety/ depression DAILY and it’s exhausting to always show the good side of things.

Never assume someone’s life is perfect. Man i wish mine was. The way I am able to vulnerable on this app gives me a comfort like no other to express feeling like these.

I know for a fact I am not the only who has to put a face on in the hardest times and act like everything is okay.

It’s okay not to be okay…
