These are a few of the things I pick up all the time at Walmart to help me loose weight.
Non fat Greek yogurt, I use this in parfaits with fruit and cereal or my favorite recipe is skinny pizza dough, equal parts self rising flour and yogurt it’s the best high protein pizza dough. It’s also a great substitute for sour cream! At 110 calories and 11 grams of protein this is a staple.
Low fat cottage cheese. I put this on everything 😂 eggs, Big Mac bowls, on the side as a snack, blended in my pasta sauce, EVERYTHING. 80 calories and 13 grams of protein per serving
Water flavors- this weeks pic is the starburst blue raspberry. I mix two of these in 40oz of water, a ton of ice and I can knock out my water SO fast.
Oscar Meyer lunchables. Holy. Moly. These are so good. At less than $4 a pack they are WAY cheaper than fast food and have a good balance of protein, carbs, and a fat.
They are 280 calories and 15 grams of protein
Mini tot- say it with me “breakfast burritos”, tots, eggs, and a sausage patty make for the best burrito. I also love to add it on the side of different meals! You can have 19 for 140 calories!
