I want to start sharing with you my Sunday grocery shopping hauls to inspire you to get more healthy and balanced food into your diet.

🍑Shopping for groceries on Sunday helps me get an advantage over the next week since I get to have a full fridge whenever I’m hungry which helps reduce the need for eating out/ ordering delivery

🍒If going to the grocery store and shopping is a challenge for you then I highly recommend you look into delivery services!

🍌I’m a “moody” eater so traditional meal prepping don’t really work for me so having an array of ingredients instead works better for me personally
