4 oz Chicken Tenders

1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Coconut Milk

Optional: 1/4 Cup Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella (omit if you want to keep this a dairy-free dish)

Seasoning:

1 tsp Turmeric

Salt

Pepper

Garnish:

Oregano

Let's get cooking:

Cook the Barilla Protein+ Pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pan, cook the chicken tenders until they are golden brown and cooked through. Once cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
