This is probably my favorite meal prep for lunch.
Brown rice • 90 seconds in the microwave (I get the good and gather brand at target)
Broccoli • throw on a baking sheet with avacado oil and season (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper) bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
Ground Turkey • i season mine with Timbo Spice’s chicken rub
Prep in a container. When I’m ready to eat I heat it up for around 1-1.5 minutes and put some coconut aminos on top for some flavor.
