Let’s talk about the products you don’t really need & ways to save some $$$

1. BarkBox: We had a BarkBox subscription when we first adopted Max and it was a great way to get some new toys & treats for him! I’m not gonna lie, the toys are very nice quality and my dog loves them! However, we let our subscription go on for too long and ended up with way too many toys and treats. I’m not against BarkBox at all, but you really only need the subscription for a few months then you can cancel!

2. Bandanas: I went through a phase of buying a bunch of bandanas for my dog. I personally like to have one for every holiday just for fun, but I don’t need 30 of them! Honestly I don’t put a bandana on him other than holidays and football season (we have a superstition that our teams will win if Max is wearing his bandana😂)

3. Pet headbands: I wanted to dress up Max for Easter so I went to the store to get a headband. The pet headbands were more expensive than the ones for children, and the only difference was that the pet headband had a chin strap on it. Since I only wanted to take a quick photo, I didn’t need the chin strap so I saved the $$!

4. Buy dog treats at Marshall’s or HomeGoods! You can find great brands like RedBarn or Jack & Pup for less money.
