My fav blueberry ginger smoothie (just trust me)

Excuse me for this horrible recipe, but I’m more of an eyeball it type of person.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of blueberries (frozen preferred)

- 1 banana

- 1 inch (chunk) of fresh ginger (I just cut the outside off real close)

- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice

- 1/4 cup of orange juice

- 1/4 cup of almond milk -OR- coconut water for more hydration

Blend, blend, blend … and boom you have a delicious smoothie that’s definitely going to make you take a 2 later thanks to all that ginger πŸ‘πŸΌ 😌 haha

Nah seriously, this is a great morning smoothie! Blueberries are great for stimulating the upper chakras & brain function while ginger and banana stimulate the solar plexus. Clearing your digestive in the morning is great for mood elevation & clarity πŸ‘πŸΌ
