Churro Chips!

I know I spelt flour wrong lol but anywho..

My mom and I made these a week or so ago, and they were absolutely delicious, cheap, and easy!!

PREP:

~ put a pan of oil on the stove to heat

~ add sugar and cinnamon to any container and mix well! Taste it to make a sure it's a good ratio

~ lay out a pan, with a piece of parchment paper on the bottom (optional,{creates less mess}) and over top of the parchment put down a mental rack

~ Take all your flour tortillas and fold them in half and then cut them into threes and in half, leaving you with 6 pieces from each tortilla

~ set out a throw away pan/ plate/ dish/ container

READY TO FRY!

~ add a handful of the triangle tortilla chips to the oil and leave in for a few minutes, allowing them to get to that perfect golden brown

~ remove the tortillas from the pan, and place on the rack to remove some of the remaining oil

~ after a few moments, add the chips to the cinnamon sugar mixture, mixing then around so they are well coated

~ now remove chips from mixture and add to your choice of container

~ repeat until finished!

OPTIONAL;

You may add;

- ice cream

- whipped cream

- caramel sauce

- chocolate sauce

ENJOY WARM OR COOL!
