Get AUTHENTIC CHINESE FOOD At This Restaurant! 🥘

I was invited to Tong Fu Ju Sichuan Restaurant at Boat Quay, and honestly, I don’t regret it one bit. At first, I was hesitant since this isn’t the kind of cuisine I usually go for, but decided to give it a shot. The food was much better than I expected, with bold flavors that really impressed me. 🤤

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱:

• Grilled Live Fish — Special Tomato ($39.8)

Honestly worth more than its value, considering how big the size was. The tomato broth had a great balance of savory and tangy.

• Meats — Sweet and Sour Chicken ($22.8)

My personal favourite dish ordered. It was tender, flavourful, and the texture wasn’t too soft nor hard. Classic done right!

• Vegetables — Sambal Kang Kong ($16)

Crunchy, with the right amount of spice that paired perfectly with the main dishes.

• Drinks — Fresh Orange Juice ($6) & Coca-Cola ($2)

Aside from the food, the ambiance was really pleasant. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside, it’s warmly lit with comfortable air conditioning, while outside, you can enjoy a scenic view of the river and a refreshing breeze. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I loved how relaxed it felt. The service was excellent too—friendly staff who didn’t push us to order more and let us enjoy our meal at our own pace.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider going back the next time I’m craving Chinese food! 🤩
