[NEL] Must Try Sourdough Pizzas, Pasta & Drinks!✨

My friends were raving about this place and I finally visited it this week. In fact, I’ve already made a second visit within the same week because the food was so good! 🥹🤤

Yes, this cosy cafe focuses on sourdough so you’ll find lots of variations here, including sourdough pastas, pizzas and drinks! Not only is sourdough delicious, but it's also great for your gut, so you can indulge here with a little less guilt 👀

☁️ What I’ve Tried + Recommendations

I explored both their daytime and nighttime menus.

From the day menu, I sampled the "Big Brekkie," and it truly lives up to its name. This hearty brunch option includes chicken sausages, hashbrowns, mushrooms, baked beans, fresh veggies, sourdough bread, eggs, and butter. At $26, it might seem a bit on the pricier side, but the generous portions and quality make it worth every dollar 🍳 (would also reco sharing this w a friend!)

Switching over to the nighttime menu, I couldn't resist trying the Meat & Cheese Pizza ($30), Pepperoni Pizza ($28), and Italian Meatball Pasta ($22). While each dish was delightful, I must wholeheartedly recommend their pizzas for a unique experience 🍕 Having sourdough as a pizza base was phenomenal: it was chewy and it felt healthy — it wasn’t greasy or too heavy. The pepperoni pizza was also loaded with so much pepperoni, we were shooked at how generous they were!!

PS. Try out their uniquely curated butters! They’re free (iirc) and they’re ultra creamy!!

For those with a sweet tooth, the Chocolate Rye Raspberry Broffin with sea salt ($6.90) is a must-try 🍫It has a rich and gooey chocolate centre, which is complemented by hints of raspberry to balance the richness ✨

TBH, the prices are a little ex but I genuinely feel like it’s worth the experience!

The ambiance is exceptionally cozy and welcoming, adding to the overall appeal of the place.
