Drugstore Battle: Wetnwild vs Cezanne Highlighters

Today I’ll be comparing the WetnWild Megaglo Highlighter and Cezanne Pearl Glow Highlighter ✨

☁️ Shades

For this comparison post, I’m reviewing similar shades. I’ve got Wetnwild Megaglo in the shade “precious petals' and Cezanne Pearl Glow Highlight in 02.

Fun fact: Precious petals is one of Wetnwild’s best selling highlighters 🌸 and Cezanne’s Pearl Glow Highlighter is an award winning product in Japan 🥇

Both shades are a pretty and warm champagne shade, but Cezanne’s leans towards a pink undertone. “Precious petals” picks up light reflections slightly better, giving it a more reflective, sunkissed glow – which looks especially stunning on the cheek bones.

But overall, these shades are great universal options for different skin tones and are sure to enhance your features.

☁️ Texture and Pigmentation

Both highlighters apply smoothly. They have a lightweight, high shine and pigmented finish.

☁️ Durability

Between the two, I’ve had a better experience with Cezanne’s highlighter in terms of durability.

☁️ Packaging

Both highlighters come in a clear plastic packaging. Cezanne’s highlighter comes with a brush. While I don’t really use the brush, but it comes in useful.

☁️ Price

Both of these are available on Shopee and Watsons.

The Cezanne highlighter is only $9.49 on Shopee and the Wetnwild Megaglo highlighter is $13.50. Cezanne’s highlighters are definitely a lot cheaper wherever you find them.

Overall: I highly recommend both highlighters! If you’re looking for an entry product that is budget friendly, I’d go for the Cezanne highlighter.
