125g nut butter (I used pistachio + peanut butter)

45g protein powder (around 2 scoops)

30g honey or maple syrup

6g matcha powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

*Add oat milk little by little until it becomes one big dough

*Add oat flour if it's too wet

100g dark chocolate, melted

1. Mix everything together in a big bowl, start by mixing wet ingredient first, then dry ingredients later.

2. Cover with melted dark chocolate. Refrigerate until set and enjoy :))
