Matcha Pancakes
— 1 cup all purpose flour
— 1 tbsp Matcha.com matcha
— 1 tsp baking powder
— 2 tbsp sugar
— 1 large egg
— 3/4 cup milk
— 2 tbsp oil
Cinnamon Swirl
— 2 tbsp butter, room temp
— 2 tbsp brown sugar
— 1 tsp cinnamon
— 1 tbsp pancake batter
Cream Cheese Glaze
— 3 tbsp cream cheese, room temp
— 3 tbsp powdered sugar
— 1 tbsp milk
Directions
Cream Cheese Glaze
1. Mix everything until smooth. Set aside for later use.
Cinnamon Swirl
1. Mix everything together. Transfer to a small piping bag.
Matcha Pancakes
1. Whisk all dry ingredients together. Add in the wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.
2. Heat up a nonstick pan. Add the pancake batter. Pipe a swirl of the cinnamon mixture on top.
3. Cook both sides, then transfer onto a plate with the swirl side up. Repeat until the pancake batter is finished.
