strawberry matcha ice box cake

Ingredients

— 2 tsp Matcha.com matcha

— 1 cup heavy cream, chilled

— 1/3 cup condensed milk, chilled

— 10 pcs strawberries, sliced

— graham crackers as needed

— 1/4 cup milk

Directions

— Whip together heavy cream and matcha until doubled.

— Add condensed milk, and mix until combined.

— Dip graham crackers in milk, and place it at the bottom of a dish or container.

— Add a good amount of matcha cream, followed by sliced strawberries and more cream.

— Spread evenly, and top with another layer of soaked graham, and strawberries and cream.

— Repeat until the dish or container is full, filling the last year with cream.

— Cover and place in the fridge or freezer overnight.
