berry matcha pavlova

Celebrating the 4th of July a little extra this year with a creation dedicated to the red, white, and blue 🇺🇸✨ Whip up this flavorful and vibrant dessert that's sure to impress your guests!

Ingredients

— 1 tbsp matcha

— 2 egg whites

— 1/2 cup sugar

— 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

— 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

— 1 tsp vanilla extract

— whipped cream

— fruits of choice

Directions

— Whip egg whites and sugar on highest speed until medium peaks form.

— Add matcha powder, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

— Add lemon juice and vanilla extract, whip until well combined.

— Dollop the mixture into a lined baking tray, and smooth the sides.

— Bake in a preheated oven (200F) for 2 hours, and let it sit in the oven for 30 minutes after baking.
