viral pink foam matcha latte

- 1 tsp Matcha.com matcha powder

- 1/4 cup hot water

- 1/4 cup cold water

- choice of sweetener

- 3 tbsp milk

- 3 tbsp heavy cream

- strawberry syrup/sauce

— Sift matcha into a bowl, then add hot water and sweetener. Whisk until combined.

— In a mason jar, combine milk, heavy cream, and strawberry syrup. Tightly seal with the lid, and shake vigorously until the mixture is thick.
