Waking for Fajr (dawn) Prayer

As a two year revert I struggle to pray Fajr still to this day, however, the best tip and probably the most obvious on being able to wake for Fajr prayer is a consistent sleep schedule.

Having a set early bedtime is needed for me to be able to consistently wake up for fajr and not miss this important prayer of the day.

Easier said than done, but I usually decompress and have a whole bedtime routine to help myself fall asleep early.

The biggest discipline is keeping this same schedule even on my days off of work, as the temptation on staying up late is always strong.
