Toddler Busy Book Prep

Stayed up way too late with my two old friends, laminator and paper cutter. Putting this busy book together brought me back to my preschool teaching days 🥹

The Process:

1. Purchase PDF off Etsy (the brand I’m using specifically is called “The Harvest at Home” and has a ton of great reviews)

2. Print all the pages out

3. Laminate

4. Hole punch pages

5. Cut out the interactive pieces

6. Attach self-adhesive velcro dots to pieces

7. Place everything into a binder

Homeschooling does not require anything like this. Noelle knows 80% of the educational topics in here by learning them through reading books, through play and everyday conversation. This is just a bonus, and an activity that could be fun to pull out every now and then. I also still have yet to learn what her preferred “learning style” may be. She might not enjoy learning this way, and if that’s the case, I’ll pivot. The beginning stage of homeschooling will be a lot of trial and error.
