Roti jala Serawa Durian by my mama❤️

Hi hi hello everyone its masakwithmeen here! I will be sharing this roti jala pair with kuah serawa durian! Durian lovers you giys will love this! Lets go!

You’ll need:

SERAWA KUAH DURIAN

🔘santan

🔘 brown sugar

🔘gula melaka

🔘 daun pandan

🔘garam

🔘durian

ROTI JALA

🔘 2 small box santan

🔘 2 eggs

🔘 salt

🔘 2 cups flour

🔘 2 cups water

🔘 food colouring

🔘 roti jala bottle

How to make it:

SERAWA KUAH DURIAN

🔘cook the santan for a few minutes depends how much kuah you wanna make

🔘put the pandan leaves

🔘add brown sugar , 4 ketul gula melaka and white sugar ( taste it first depends on you taste how manis u want)

🔘 put salt a bit and add the durian

🔘mix it and youre done!

ROTI JALA

🔘 add 2 boxes of santan, add 2 eggs

🔘 add 2 small spoon of salt

🔘 add 2 cups of flour and 2 cups of water

🔘 add a bit of food colouring (im using green)

🔘 mix the mixture with the mixer so that it will be smooth and nice (easy to jala)

🔘 after smooth, fill up the roti jala bottle (the one with 4/5 holes)

🔘 with using a non stick pan, you can jala your mixture like shown in the video

🔘 angkat and fold the roti jala like shown in the video

🔘and you are done! Eat and dip it with kuah serawa durian!
