One is never enough😋Airfryer Chicken Skewer!

Last post of 2023 with this simple airfryer recipe for Marinated Chicken Skewer, or you can choose to pan-fry. Juicyyyyyy!

Ingredients:

Paprika/ Bell pepper - Optional

Chicken tight - 3 to 4 pcs (cut into cube)

Soy sauce - 2 spoons

Oil - 1 spoon

Oyster sauce - 1 spoon

Sugar - Half spoon

Pepper - A little

Kameko Seasoning Sauce - A little

*Marinate the chicken for at least 20 minutes

*Airfryer 180°C 15-20mins (depends) and flip over in between

*Pan-fry will be juicier than airfryer

*Chicken breast is ok but not that juicy & tender
