1. Meal Prep! If you want a snatch waist you need to start prioritizing your food intake. The ability to control what you consume all comes with preparation.

2. Pack your lunches, it is hard to stay consistent if you are not prepared. So many times I see people complaining that they can’t grow muscle yet consistently skip meals

3. PROTEIN! You cannot build muscle if you do not provide your body with the amount of protein it needs. Also protein will keep you fuller longer so you won’t want to eat as often :)

4. Train at least 3-4 days a week, but give it your all! Don’t half ass it. There is no need to workout everyday but it is important that you go hard.
