Low Calorie + Protein Packed Meals

I have managed to stay on track of my protein intake while working from 9am to 1am. I pack it all in this little lunch bag and call it a day.

Yes, I admit it. This is super simple and some might even say a boring way to eat. However, I’m just happy that I am still able to keep my self healthy and fed while having these long working days

It doesn’t have to be complicated or fancy, it just has to keep your muscles growing and your body energized sometimes.
