I TOOK THE WEEK OFF! No gym, no diet

Bruh moving is a b***!

I’ve been posting my weekly meals for my weight loss journey and this would technically be week 7. However this week was absolute chaos. We have a deadline of Saturday to get it all done

Between the two houses it’s been impossible to keep up with my food, especially since the kitchen has been a mess, the sink was being fixed, oven was disconnected and worst of all micro was not up and working.

It just didn’t make sense for me to sit here and tell you what I did for weight loss this week when in reality nothing was done. No proper eating, no sleep and just chaos.

But it’s okay it’s life, sometime it can put a pause to your goals but I’ll try again next week :)
