If you are on a weight loss journey than you have to be in a calorie deficit. This might make you feel a bit more hungry so it’s important to use your calorie in an efficient manner.
These are a few drinks that can help you replace that sugary beverage that you crave in the morning, or the soda that you have at lunch.
Although I don’t recommend you use Coke Zero to replace every beverage of the day, it would definitely help you cut some calories out of dinner without sacrificing satiation from your actual meal.
I also don’t recommend you replace all of your water with sparkling ICE or MÍOS, however it can definitely help you fix that intense craving you have for a sugary limonada or fruit punch.
Coffee is an important part of my morning, however the 200 calories I was consuming from my morning latte, I can easily use towards my breakfast to actually help me feel full. So I found that a splash of almond milk and some sugar free syrup makes my coffee delightful and I can focus my calories on more dense and satiating foods
